MARCH MADNESS PT 5: THE CRUMPETS DIET

Some of yall requested me to discuss my Eating Habits

and at first I didn't want to do it because it's something that's still kind of "difficult" for me to really talk about since the past ten years of my life have kind of been spent either trying to recover from Anorexia or desperately hoping I can go back to it or thinking 5 kilos is the end of the world and stuff but I think it's also important to talk about things like this and try to make them funny even though they aren't.

  3. That was really cool of you to be so open about your eating habits. I kind of feel your pain. I went from being kinda chubby and now I'm like average to skinny, but I wanna be super skinny (like you, your figure is amazing!). I'm so so sick of watching what I eat though and adding up calories in my head, it's so draining! And alcohol is so fattening but I'm Irish, so hello drinking culture. Anyways, have you tried Bikram yoga? Burns loads of calories so you don't feel so shitty when your uterus makes you eat chocolate. I'm taking a break from it, but I lost 21 pounds doing it for like 4 months...

  6. Aaaahh, the fur coat and pink lipstick combo - you look SO rad! And I spoke to my friend who is into super healthy eating (no dairy, no gluten, no sugar, basically nothing?), and she's made me some super tasty cakes and stuff, you just replace sugar with fruit syrup and the butter with coconut oil. Sounds gross but she made brownies and you can't tell the difference. And she knows someone that does the 'treat day' thing so one day a week of eating what you like (in moderation), and apparently she doesn't gain weight, and she still gets to enjoy delicious things! I know it's far too easy for me to say as one of those naturally annoying slim people (I think I have a very similar figure to you), but food is one of the great joys in life and I am beyond certain that a couple of kilos here and there, you will always look impossibly fabulous and beautiful <3
